Greetings from Ramada by Wyndham Shymkent, South Kazakhstan.
I am Front Office Manager. We are currently using the Hilever hotel door lock system with the Korean software interface installed at our property.
Unfortunately, the system has recently stopped working, and we are experiencing operational difficulties. In this regard, we would like to kindly inquire about the following:
Availability of technical support from your side,
Possibility of conducting a technical inspection of the installed door lock system,
Options for system maintenance, repair, or continuation (prolongation) of using your system,
We are very interested in restoring the system and continuing our cooperation with Hilever, if feasible. Please let us know the next steps, required information, or whether a site visit or remote diagnosis can be arranged.
