I have error 5, low battery and can't open the door.. I have 9v battery for emergency power terminal.. but there 2 similar contacts and i don't sure there + and there -.. tell me please right position.. I'm afraid to broke it

You don't need to distinguish - and + on the emergency power terminal. Don't worry. The emergency power terminal will automatically replace and accept it. For the internal battery, you must distinguish - and +. If you have any other problems, please let me know.
